Black Bean Taco Dip

Sunday Funday = great friends in the backyard, kids splashing in the pool and yummy food and drinks! This is one of my go-to dips! So easy and so yummy! Enjoy!


B L A C K  B E A N  T A C O  D I P

2 packages of cream cheese
3/4 cup mayo
one package of taco season (i use this instead)
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can corn, drained
1 tomato, chopped
1 clove garlic
1 can sliced or chopped black olives
green onions for garnish

mix cream cheese, mayo and taco seasoning together. spread in the bottom of  your serving dish. mix black beans, corn, chopped tomatoes, minced garlic and chopped olives together. spread on top of cream cheese mixture and garnish with green onions. serve with tortilla chips.
